Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, returns or refunds are not accepted for custom orders. Please review your order details carefully before placing it.

Non-Custom Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: If eligible, refunds for non-custom items will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges: We only replace non-custom items if they arrive defective or damaged.

• Handle with care to prevent damage.
• Do not overload catch-all trays with heavy items.

Painted Products:

• Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid scrubbing.
• Reapply protective sealant if needed.
